Kavalan Oloroso Sherry Oak Whiskey

This expression uses the same casks that are normally reserved for the cask-strength releases, but diluted to a lesser proof using Kavalan Spring Water. This spirit is sweet and oily with notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, pepper and raisins.
