Introducing Tequila Ocho Extra Aejo 2017 Las Aguilas Vintage edition.This is a limited vintage tequila, and comes with the original hand-made wooden box enclosure.This tequila is made with 100% blue agave, harvested only when overripe and distilled at La Altea Distillery in the Highlands of Jalisco.

This expression is gently rested for3 years inex-american oak whiskey barrels, creating a slightly darker amber color.With a flavor full of complex cooked agave notes, toffee, and black pepper, and a deep, long lasting peppery and anise seed finish, this vintage ocho tequila is one for the collection!

Aroma:Notes of sweet cooked Agave, toffee, and black pepper that are balanced with vanilla.

Flavor: Complex cooked agave notes with oak and dried fruits.

Finish:Deep and long lasting peppery and anise seed finish.

Fermentation:100% agave, Wood fermentation tanks, open-air fermentation, Fermentation without fibers.
