Agave Espadin is used to make Koch en Olla de Barra. The cooking and distillation technique of this mezcal differs from Koch’s other Espadin, as this mezcal is distilled in small clay pots. Alberto Vasquez makes this mezcal in Sola de Vega. It has a sweet, fruity taste with a hint of coconut, accompanied by herbal and spice notes.
