Balancan Tuxca Agave Spirit (750 ml)

One of the oldest indigenous agave distillates in Mexico, Tuxca comes from the border regions of Jalisco and Colima. Fermented in earthen pits and distilled using a hybrid still made from a copper pot and a hollow tree trunk grown in the area, this batch of Balancan Tuxca features the classic Jalisco blend of Agave rhodacantha and Agave angustifolia, here referred to as Cimarr??n and Lineo, respectively.
