  • The Ensamble of wild maguey Largo and farmed maguey Espadin is known as Real Minero Espadin y Largo. For many years, this mezcal has been marketed in Oaxaca, and it is now accessible in limited quantities in the United States and other markets. It’s made in the traditional way in Santa Catarina Minas, and it’s distilled twice in Real Minero’s distinctive clay pots.

  • This creamy blend of both cultivated and wild agave is a pleasing combination of celery and cream cheese on the palate, with hints of cantaloupe rind.
