Yuu Baal Mezcal Joven Ensamble (750 ml)

Maguey Espadin, Madrecuixe, and Tobala are used to make Yuu Baal Ensamble. The agave is boiled in a pit oven beneath the ground, milled by tahona, fermented in pine wood vats, and double distilled in copper stills.
