Animas Mezcal Joven Maguey Papalometl 750Ml

Mezcal nimas Joven Maguey Papalometl is produced by mezcalero Luis Angeles Reyes in Santiago Matatl??n, Oaxaca using maguey Papalometl (agave Cupreata). The agaves are harvested after 8 years and cooked in a conical ground oven, milled with a tahona, fermented in wooden vats, and double distilled in copper pot stills. The nose is sweet with an herbal finish. On the palate, this mezcal is fresh, herbal and mentholated. Earlier batches of nimas Papalometl were produced by mezcalero Romualdo Mart??nez.
