Smooth and sweet with a little sting. There??s no better place than Montana in the Spring, when the air is perfumed with apple blossoms and the cottonwood floats on the breeze. We love this time of year, because the bees are busy gathering pollen to make their incomparable honey that we use in our Montana Honey Moonshine. This spirit is made from a traditional sweet feed recipe used by moonshiners, made up of three whole grains and molasses. We barrel age our spirit and add a touch of honey for a balanced and approachable flavor.
