Glengoyne 18 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky (750 ml)

Released toward the end of 2012 to replace the superb Glengoyne 17, this 18 year old was aged in refill sherry and first-fill sherry casks and the results are very good indeed.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Hints of soft spice and dried peels. A little apricot, honey and vanilla.
• Palate: Creamy custard and dried peels. Allspice, manuka honey and hints of butterscotch.
• Finish: Creamy caramel and malt. Candied peels.
