This charismatic blended ros?? from a selection of the estate??s vineyards expresses the generosity of Pinot Noir from Les Riceys.

Tasting Notes: Clear, intense pink. Expressive and complex nose with red berries: wild strawberries, raspberries, black currants, red currants, and spices such as Sichuan peppers. The palate is full and delicious: very fruity, lively, and structured with silky tannins. Long and refreshing finish.

Pairing:Enjoy this throughout a buffet dinner, or with a rhubarb and asparagus salad, a tomato tart, or anchovies from Collioure.
