T??o Pedro Hernandez Arrellanes is a seasoned distiller making spirits for over 50 years in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, where the tradition of distilling in clay pots crafted in the village of Santa Maria Atzompa is preserved. T??o Pedro produced this batch of Arroqueo mezcal at his palenque, La Esperanza, with the help of his nephew Lalo. Due to the capacity of his production methods, T??o Pedro’s batch sizes are often relatively small.
