• Nose: Cr??me Brule and grilled grapefruit cascade in the forefront. Toasty grain, vanilla simple syrup, and sun-bleached hay with licks of wet cedar and toasted pine nuts shimmer across the olfactory senses.
• Palate: Dark chocolate covered citrus fruits and fruit leather open up into cedar shavings and bursts of wood smoke across the tongue. Deeper elements reveal themselves in the decadent, five-minute ending.
• Finish: Late harvest peaches thickly sliced and roasted across sweet butter drenched cinnamon raisin bread gives way to saddle leather and crushed salt that tingle and delight down the throat for the multi-minute finish.
