Cask & Coast Spirits was started with the mission to redefine California bourbon. Our founders Richard Montano and Mark Kersey bring a lifetime passion for whiskey and wine to the emerging category of California bourbon. Richard is a certified sommelier and after much research (and many tastings!) used his refined palate to handcraft our bourbon??s recipe. Mark is a whiskey enthusiast, collector and investor, and brings that passion for the industry to his role as CEO at Cask & Coast.
