Is Mexico’s, the United States’, and the European Community’s only organic mezcal from the Oxaca Mixteca. Our mezcal has been handmade for three generations, and our production is completely sustainable, with over 85 hectares of land planted with wild and cultivated agaves, some of which are in indigenous communities, providing employment and development opportunities.
