FEW Barrel Aged Gin 750 mL

What was once clear, is now complex. Exuding subtle notes of fennel & peppery spices, while a smoky smoothness from the charred barrel permeates the juniper, this barrel-aged spirit tastes like gin, but has the maturity of a bourbon. Bottled at 46% ABV.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Rich, spiced aromas. Hints of lemon peel, earthy juniper and sugared peels.

Palate: Rich, almost biscuity palate. Cloves, stem ginger, hints of tart berry fruit, oily juniper and rich spice. Quite herbal after a time in the glass.

Finish: Long, gingerbread-lined finish. Berry fruits on the tail.
