To the nose, coconut oil, honey, lemon zest, and dried oak. On the palate, toffee apples, cinnamon spice, ginger, orange, and shortbread. The finish is a hint of sherry and soft oak. Scotch, quite simply, is whisky made and aged at least three years in Scotland.
