Hacienda De Banuelos Mezcal Joven (750 ml)

In the state of Zacatecas, Hacienda de Banuelos Zacatecas is made from Blue Weber agave. Zacatecas, located north of Jalisco, has a long tradition of agave distillation. Due to the use of Blue Weber agave and steam boiling, this mezcal has some similarities to tequila, but the wild fermentation and unique minerality of Zacatecas distinguishes it.
