Hogback Distillery High Rye Bourbon (750 ml)

While Bourbon must be distilled from a minimum of 51% corn, most also have some % of rye and malt. Our High-Rye Bourbon has 36% rye, resulting in a little more spicy and peppery character while maintaining the sweet buttery taste associated with Bourbon.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Bright orange spice with some oak and vanilla. Yes, you could say coconut.
• Palate: A soft sweet woody and toffee candy start, followed by some citrus, honey and gentle accidity.
