Palate:Honey, complex orchard fruit, peat, earthy malt, cinnamon, minerality, saline, vanilla and a light crisp graham, pepper and camphor.Great balance, round body and a warm slick feel.

Finish:Long fade of peat, honey, orchard fruit, pepper and saline.
