Giuseppe Nada’s father began estate bottling the family production in the pastoral Langhe Hills of northwest Italy in 1964.GIuseppe now works their 15 acres of vines wit his wife, while their daughter handles the office and their son makes the farm’s wine. They eschew herbicide, harvest by hand,and like native yeast fermentation. This toothsome Dolcetto, a fresh, full, and eminently versatile wine comes from Treiso, the highest village in a cool place on earth.
Tasting Notes:Juicy red fruits with moderate acidity and hints of light baking spice.
