The Mezcal Los Siete Misterios family was born in 2010 after a trip made by its founders,where the passion, traditions and culture of the Mexican roots inspired this distillatethat seeks to revive the past and integrate it with the present.The Seven Mysteries are a family made up of Us, the Mezcal Mastersand the Oaxacan communities that work together to provide the best we have;love and dedication synthesized in Mezcal.

Having presented our first mezcal and after continuing to rediscover the aromas and flavors of this distillate, it was time to continue with the legacy that Sola de Vega offered us thanks to its diversity of agaves.This agave was named for its great resemblance to a barrel once the leaves were cut and left ready to be cooked in the traditional underground conical oven, this agave, unlike the others, has a kind of trunk, so it is resembles more a tree than the agave espad??n.Unlike the Espad??n, this agave offers us more earthy and herbal tones, which placed it in a totally opposite position from our first mezcal.This meant that we could have 2 different proposals.
